Dear ORMC'96 participant.

FORMAT
We have decided to have a format where two to three persons present their
ideas and thereafter have some time for discussion.
We have read the papers; there is a good deal of variation
both with respect to size and complexity.
We have tried to group the papers in a reasonable manner
and have decided to allocate various amounts of time for
each paper.

TIME FOR PRESENTATION
Please note that the time assigned is the total WALL CLOCK time, that is,
it includes time for:
	* your being introduced
	* getting your slides ready
	* a few questions during or after your talk
So be prepared for this!

PLEASE ACK
Please send an ack that you are actually coming and that
you are actually going to present something to birger@diku.dk before
Sept. 29th.
Several papers have multiple authors; there is room for several more
people in the room, so we have decided to accept multiple attendees per
paper, but please inform birger@diku.dk asap, if you are sending more than
one author.
Also, please indicate who will actually be doing the presentation.

PAPERS
Birger and I cannot bring copies of all the papers to San Jose, so
please bring 18 copies of your OWN paper to the workshop.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
Please note that OOPSLA has the following requirements:

"The workshop organizers and each workshop participant must be registered
for the conference for the day of the workshop.
OOPSLA does not provide honorariums for the organizers and the participants.
OOPSLA does not pay hotel rooms for the organizers and the participants.
OOPSLA does not provide lunch for the organizers and the participants.
OOPSLA does not automatically register the workshop participants.

LUNCH
We will reserve seats at a nearby resturant for us to lunch together.
Sorry, you'll have to pay for lunch yourself.

See you in San Jose -- remember that the day before the
workshop, there will be a Workshops Reception on Sunday at 5pm 
in the Fairmont Hotel.
